I think this one is interesting because “you haven’t changed” used in this context usually means you haven’t aged, so adding “literally” to that would mean you stepped out of a time machine. But it can also mean you haven’t changed your clothes, which is the joke in this case because he is wearing clothing styles from the 80s.
